We are expanding our sales network and seeking motivated and results-driven Team Leaders to recruit and manage a high-performing sales team. This is a remote, part-time opportunity with unlimited earning potential based on performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruit, (training will be undertaken by the agency), and manage a team of at least 20 Field Sales Executives.
  • Ensure each sales executive meets or exceeds their monthly sales target.
  • Drive personal sales while leading by example.
  • Develop strategies to maximize team sales and performance.
  • Monitor, guide, and support the sales executives in achieving their targets.
  • Promote NFC digital business cards and educate potential clients about their benefits.
  • Track and report team sales performance.

Earnings & Commission Structure

  • Each digital business card is sold at UGX 100,000.
  • Team Leaders earn UGX 5,000 per card sold by their recruited sales executives.
  • Sales executives earn UGX 20,000 per card sold.
  • Team Leaders can also sell directly and earn UGX 20,000 per card.
